Basic Event Volunteer
Basic event volunteers, or BEV’s as we like to call them, help ensure the positive and successful representation of UMTR2ME as we participate in local community events. If you live in Southern California and are interested in becoming a BEV, please send an email with “BEV” in the subject line to email@example.com.
Team volunteers will have more time to commit and a specific skill, talent, or experience they would like to contribute to UMTR2ME. Team volunteers are encouraged to be at least 18 years of age, have excellent written and oral communication skills, computer literacy, and a thorough knowledge of the Internet and mainstream social media platforms. Though not a requirement, applicants should have at least 2 years of college, professional, or technical experience within the field they are looking to volunteer. Exceptions may be made for the right candidates. If you’re interested in becoming a UMTR2ME team volunteer, please send an email with “Team Volunteer” in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We love hearing about the different ways people express their passion for UMTR2ME and for wanting to bring hope into their local schools and communities by sharing the simple, yet powerful message, “You Matter To Me” with others. If you are interested in establishing a partnership with UMTR2ME for a specific event or opportunity, please complete and submit a Partnership Request.
