What are the UMTR2ME Building Blocks

Hope – Support – Encouragement.

You’ll notice throughout our website and on many of our social media platforms, we often use these three words.

We believe individuals who are going through any struggle will obtain a firm foundation of Hope, when those surrounding them begin to offer Support, through actions of Encouragement.

We believe these three words are essential building blocks, necessary to help individuals achieve positive mental wellness and ultimately find hope in the midst of their hopelessness.
