“My Tamed Monster”

This is a brief account I was asked to share in an upcoming book. It highlights how difficult, yet rewarding, it was at times to be the only support my husband had as we struggled with his mental illness and our faith.   My plan is to pen a more detailed account in a book

“Th1rteen R3asons Why-Not”

I was recently interviewed by Brian Schlonsky of ABCNews, 10 KGTV-San Diego, about my personal take on the highly controversial Netflix series, “Th1rteen R3asons Why.” The series is a screen adaptation of author Jay Asher’s 2007 fictional novel.  “Th1rteen R3asons Why,” revolves around a high school student, Clay Jensen, and his friend, Hannah Baker, who ultimately

The UMTR2ME Impact

UMTR2ME is a great organization with a wonderful mission. Telling someone they matter to you can make all the difference in the world. Founder, Jimm Greer, is one of the nicest, most sincere and compassionate people I've ever met. His determination to help others is inspiring.

Karen Moy

( Director of Events, Hearts for San Diego )

I so appreciate founder Jimm Greer’s heart for people who are suffering. Jimm understands how hard life can feel because Jimm was there once. Jimm also knows how important it is to let someone who is suffering know how much they are loved. Jimm is passionate about the work he does--helping other's discover their value as human beings with a renewed joy for living.

Markus Watson

( Director, Flourish San Diego )

I just linked my bank up to tithe to you guys and couldn't feel better about it. Something I've been meaning to do forever, finally did and this is the perfect organization.

Brittany Forecki

( 2017 Miss Chicago Earth United States )

I have a friend at work whose Marine brother took his life. I gave him my UMTR2ME bracelet and have been reaching out to him to make sure he is ok and knows that he is not alone and that I have his 6.

How can you rate compassion and understanding? #UMTR2ME is everything you need when you need it most. Love the site. Easy to follow and not cluttered or too busy. Actually an enjoyable site to visit.

( Founder, Taking Control Of Your Diabetes )

Umtr2me - You Matter To Me has been an integral part of not only my life, but my two daughters as well. I cannot express in words what Jimm Greer has done in sharing his journey as well as founding UMTR2ME in order to reach those who struggle, have struggled or are trying to help those who are dealing with the loss of a loved one. The organization has made a difference and continues to do so! Jimm has been there for my daughters as well as myself when faced with a tragic situation. Jimm has also been there at a moments notice when I have reached out in order to help a friend who needed to "talk". I am thankful and grateful everyday for Jimm and all the AMAZING souls that make UMTR2ME what it is. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all you do. You Matter To Me, FOUR simple words that EVERYONE should hear and share with those they love! This organization has a very special place in my heart.

Kerri Floyd

( Promoter, LeVel Brand )

One can never know the desperation one feels when they are on the verge of taking ones own life. I wasn't that person but I did lose my nephew to suicide and I was lost after. Jimm shared his story with me and was such an amazing support while I grieved my nephews death. Yvonne made me feel that all the confusion and anger and many other emotions I was feeling were ok to feel. In a place in which I felt lost and like no one would understand me they showed me hope, love and light. I am eternally grateful to them for opening up their hearts and experiences with me in a time in which I felt like no one would understand.
